In 1988, developed and presented the concept for DIGIT (Digitally Integrated Graphic Images and Text) Systems & Technology to Edgell Communications (formerly HBJ). The publication was dedicated to the emerging desktop publishing and graphics software industries, years before the market matured into one of the publishing industry's most lucrative sectors.

1980s · The PC era

As a contributor to major consumer and trade publications, reported on and reviewed the technologies that put a personal computer on every desk in America, translating technical innovation into practical buying advice for everyday consumers.

The consumer electronics boom
1970s · Hi-fi sound

Wrote consumer and technical marketing copy for Panasonic, Sony, Bogen Communications, Fuji Tape, and Sansui. In Japan, helped Pioneer, NEC, and Seiko introduce emerging technologies to mainstream consumers, learning how to make the unfamiliar feel inevitable.
